  1. Advance deposits – A deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Deposits are due 5 days from date of reservation made.
  2. Deposits required: (1 night – FULL RATE) – (2-13 Night) 2 night’s rate for 14 Night and more.
  3. Additional guests – The charge for an additional guest is $30.00US per adult and $20.00US per child between the ages of 2 – 10 years. However for the all Inclusive the cost for an additional adult guest will be $50.00US and child (2-10) 35.00US.
  4. A charge for cancellation of bookings made 3 days before check in time will not be applicable, however for 2 or 1 day before check in a 15% charge will be deducted from advance payments
  5. No pets are allowed.
  6. No more than 2 adults and 1 child will be permitted to stay in a room.
  7. Management reserves the right to revoke your stay without reimbursement of fee if so deemed that you have violated rules of the resort.
  8. All guests are required to secure their personal belongings as management will not be responsible for lost items, however hotel security will be on duty 24/7.
  9. All government taxes and V.A.T will be charged to bills.
  10. Rates are subject to change depending on seasons and country and company festivals.
  11. Check out time is noon.

Fun Park Rules

  1. No swimming is permitted at night. Please note that non swimming zones are dangerous as they have steep drops.
  2. No nudity or semi nude swim wear is allowed.
  3. No lewd behavior will be tolerated.
  4. No cans, glass bottles or glass wear will be accepted into the Park.
  5. No pets are allowed into the Park.
